Today we rested and went to church. church was absolutely amazing even though I we didn't understand what was being said we all knew we were worshipping the same awesome and powerful God.
Grace's small group was so thoughtful and wrote letters to each of my family members just of encouragement. So today I opened the envelope that said open on your first day in Mali. It was a simple notecard with Proverbs 3:5-6 taped to it. Those simple words Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding for he will direct your ways....
That was exactly what I needed to hear. God has it all planned out not me, him.
